Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Duxbury Made. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

 

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

​

  • Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

​

  • Duxbury Made ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

​

​

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

​

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

  • Duxbury Made is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

 

  • Duxbury Made is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

 

  • We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase no matter the situation.

 

All non-personalized items may be returned / exchanged for any reason within 30 days of original delivery.  All personalized items may be returned / exchanged if the item is defective or incorrect, within 30 days of original delivery.

 

For eligible returns, please email duxburymade@gmail.com before returning your item.  In some cases we may accept a photo of an order issue instead of requiring a return shipment.

 

For eligible returns, returned items must be received in as-new condition to be eligible for refund/exchange.  Returned items that show user-inflicted damage, wear, or installation may be assessed a 35% reconditioning fee.  Items that are returned with significant damage may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.  

PLEASE NOTE:  Return & exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer (both ways).  However, in the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will send a pre-paid return label for your return when applicable and your replacements will be sent at no cost to you.

Our products are made from natural materials.  Grain patterns, colors, and engraving textures will vary slightly from piece to piece.  These natural variations are not considered defects but are part of the uniqueness of each individual product.

Cancellations:

 

We are happy to cancel your order if your request is received within 12 hours of order placement. We process orders quickly, so be sure to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has been processed and/or shipped it cannot be cancelled.
